We still offer the same great costumes, toys and crafts, but we have consolidated these products under a single roof and on a single website, AllSeasonsForAllReasons.com. Use the simple navigation options on the left side of your screen to browse by product type, and explore the full selection of affordable costumes, GelGems, seasonal gifts, crafts and much more.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do! Just visit our Gift Certificates page and fill out the simple form. You can choose any denomination between $1 and $1000, and we will email the certificate to the recipient of your choosing. It’s the perfect gift for those people in your life who love fun, unique novelties -- or for the man or woman who has everything.

Do we ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! Due to maintenance updates with the postal service, please let us know if you are experiencing any problems with your shopping cart with international shipments. We are working on correcting the glitches as they are discovered. 

 Where is my package?

 As part of our commitment to stellar customer service, we have made it easy to track your orders in real time. If you’re still waiting on that package, and wondering why the delivery guy hasn’t yet paid a visit to your home, simply log in to your user account and click the Order Status link at the top of our website.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Most orders are shipped via USPS, and shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the size and weight of the order, as well as your own desired shipping specifications (for example, choosing rush delivery will incur a higher shipping cost). Rest assured that you will be notified of the exact shipping cost before submitting your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal, for your convenience.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, for any shipments delivered to Pennsylvania a 6% sales tax will be added for any taxable products.  

Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely. Give us a call at (267) 362-5369 or toll-free at (866) 795-0212 and we will be more than happy to assist you with your telephone order. We also accept orders by fax at (215) 795-0445.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and so we offer a generous return policy to ensure that every customer is happy with their transaction. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of an error, such as an incorrect or defective item, we’ll also pay the return shipping costs. And while we gladly take back most items, some restrictions to apply. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Can you make changes or cancel your order? 

Make sure all of your information provided is correct: items, sizes and the shipping. If you need to make a change or cancel your order you must contact a CO Websites Representative at 267 362 5369 as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped you will have to wait until it has been delivered. When it has been delivered you can return the item(s) back, yet shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can return your order as long as the returns guidelines are being followed. Read our Return & Exchange Guidlines for more information. 

If an item has "Contact us for Availability" note, can I still buy it?

Message "Contact us for Availabilty" means that the item has a low stock level, yet it could be on backorder and due to arrive shortly. You can place an order for such item and in case of some availability issue our representative will contact you within a short period of time. 

Order Status: Awaiting Fullfillment

This means we are currently processing your order and putting it within our system to prepare it for shipment. 

Order Status: Awaiting Shipment

Your order has been processed and now is being packed and is getting ready to be shipped to you!

Order Status: Pending

This means there is an issue with your order and we have contacted you and we are waiting for your response. 

Order Status: Shipped

Get excited! This means your package is officially on its way to you! Keep a lookout for your favorite delivery man, he will have something for you very soon!

Order Status: Cancelled

Your order can be canelled for many reasons:
       1. We were unable to process your payment 
       2. One of the items from your order is out of stock
       3. We were unable to fulfill your order by the requested time

Don't worry though! We will always contact you first and see if we can fix the issue before resorting to cancelling your order! If we are unable to get ahold of you within 5 business days we will cancel your order and your money will be refunded back into your account. 

What is the order processing time-frame?

Orders generaLly take 1-2 business days for processing plus delivery from the warehouse. Make sure you place in advance to receive your order in time!

We are crafting such tutorials (pun absolutely intended) as we speak. As the tutorials are completed, they will appear on our blog.
