At All Seasons for All Reasons, we make your satisfaction our number one priority. Our commitment to customer service drives us to make every aspect of shopping, from ordering to shipping to returns, easier for you and better for everyone!
We know that you care about the environment—it’s where you live! We live there too, so we’ve worked hard to make our business as green as possible. Other sites might lure you in with low prices before hitting you with high shipping costs to make up the difference, but by using recycled packing materials for every shipment, we’ve actually been able to lower our shipping costs over the last seven years! We’re not just saving trees, we’re helping you save money!
Our shipping cost estimates are calculated automatically, based on destination, shipping provider, item weight, and other factors. Sometimes bugs mess up the calculation, so if the cost looks too excessive, don’t drop the order—drop us a line instead!
When you place an order, we’ll give you an estimate of shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and shipping speed. Most items ship via USPS the day after you place the order, and we’ll let you know if there’s a delay for any reason. You have the option of choosing shipping providers, but we reserve the right to use another company with the same rate or upgrade you to faster shipping on the house. Please leave a comment during checkout if you need a specific carrier.
We try to make sure that every order leaves correctly and arrives at your mailbox intact and on time, but we all have our “oops” moments. If you’re not happy with an order for any reason, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll even cover the return shipping cost.
In order to make a return, just log into your account, click on “Complete Orders,” then find the “Return Items” link. Refunds are usually processed within four weeks after you ship the item back, due to shipping speed and bank verification. We’ll send you an email to confirm your refund once it goes through.
Due to some issues we’ve encountered in the past, Halloween costumes must be returned in their original packaging and cannot be returned once they’ve been worn. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
